EXTERNAL EXHIBITIONS

In order to draw further attention to the European cultural landscape of Silesia and its culture and changing history, HAUS SCHLESIEN goes travelling.

In addition to the exhibitions in Königswinter, HAUS SCHLESIEN presents bilingual exhibitions on the history and culture of Silesia in the former Cistercian monasteries in the towns of Leubus and Kamenz, where visitors gain a deeper insight into the significance of the Silesian cultural landscape.

Travelling Exhibitions

Travelling exhibitions organized by HAUS SCHLESIEN in Silesian and German museums enhance the recognition of Silesian regional history. The presentation of various themes underlines the historical and cultural diversity of this region, is aimed to appeal to a broadly interested circle, and encourages the intercultural dialogue.
