INTERNSHIPS DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION CENTRE

The HAUS SCHLESIEN Documentation and Information Centre is engaged in cross-border projects on the culture and history of Silesia. The exhibition and seminar area as well as the library and the archive offer internships for interested students preferably from the departments of Eastern European History, History, German Studies, Cultural Sciences, History of Art, Ethnic Studies and Geography.

This is an opportunity to gather experience in the fields of exhibitions and the museum collection, public relations and cooperation projects with Polish institutions. The core time for an internship lasts from 4-6 weeks. If individually agreed, a part-time internship accompanying a university term is possible.

Internships are not remunerated. For interns who do not live nearby, we provide accommodation and meals.
