SEMINARS FOR STUDENTS

Approximately 10 seminars entitled „Schlesische Begegnungen“ (Silesian encounters) take place in cooperation with Polish universities every year. Moreover, Polish students of German travel to Königswinter for one-week seminars, which are financially supported by the German Federal Home Office. The extensive programmes include amongst other issues, eyewitness discussions, excursions and detailed work on themes within the spectrum of German and Poland affairs. The seminars are officially recognised by the universities as a useful contribution to the course of studies in question.
