CULTURE AND EDUCATION
The Documentation and Information Centre for Silesian regional studies (DIZ) is at the heart of HAUS SCHLESIEN. This Centre is a site of vital memorial culture serving as an educational and meeting institution for German and Polish people as well as for promoting European understanding. With its collection and exhibition activities, the Centre contributes to the preservation and understanding of Silesian cultural heritage and cultivates interaction with national and international museums. The seminar activities enable a cross-border cooperation with Polish universities.

MONASTERY LEUBUS
The Monastery of Leubus is the oldest Cistercian Abbey in Lower Silesia. In several rooms HAUS SCHLESIEN has arranged bilingual exhibitions.
